Payment of Scholarships

Awarding of payment of $1,000 will be submitted to LTC after proof of 1st semester completion and proof of 2nd semester enrollment
Payment of second $1,000 will be submitted after proof of 4th semester enrollment
Applicant must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher or be in the top 50% of the class
Applicant must submit a letter of recommendation from a professor to obtain 4th semester payment.
A W-9 form will be submitted to the applicant in the year it is paid.
