Otto (Dick) Leis

Dick is the owner of Leis Machine Shop in Buffalo with this wife, Pat. They have one son, Jeremy. He is also the Director for the Liberty Twp Board and a retired firefighter from the Buffalo Volunteer Fire Department.

He is a member of NTCA, ISRA, NTCA PAC, and Foundation for Rural Service. He has served on LightStream committees for Finance, Scholarship, Governing Documents, Benefits, Membership, and Executive. Dick has also served on committees for NTCA Member Relations and NTCA Awards.

Dick’s interests include his work, classic cars, and hot rods.

Candidate Statement: It has been my utmost pleasure to serve on the board and if reelected, I will continue to do my best to provide the best service for the membership.

Jeff Griffeth

Jeff and his wife, Nancy, have three children, Jacob, Kate, and Sam. He is the Assistant Vice President of Technology at Keystone Cooperative.

Jeff is a member of NTCA, AgGateway board of directors, Indiana CIO Network, Ivy Tech Agricultural Advisory Board, and Software Solutions Inc Advisory Board. He has served on LightStream committees for Finance, CEO Evaluation, Scholarship, Executive, and Benefits. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and traveling.

Candidate Statement: It’s been an honor to serve as Vice Chairman and work with LightStream’s dedicated team. I’m proud to support our mission and will continue using my experience in finance, IT, and cooperative operations to help keep us the best connection to your world.

Abagail Anspach

Abagail and her husband, Luke, have two children, Tripp and Olivia. She is the Ag and Natural Resources Educator at the Fulton County Purdue Extension office.

She is a member of the Purdue Edge in Agriculture Farm Management Team, Purdue on the Farm, and Annie’s Project. Abagail has served on committees for Purdue Edge on Demand and Ag Edge Conference Fun Committee. She has also served on LightStream committees for Documents, Scholarship, and Membership.

She enjoys spending time with family, helping at the family farm, traveling, photography, and solving a good puzzle.

Candidate Statement: Thank you for the nomination. With experience in agriculture education, community development, and technology outreach, I understand the importance of connectivity for rural communities. My work with Purdue Edge strengthened my commitment to advancing rural opportunities.
